Safety Tips

  • Contact trusted family, friends or your primary care physician, psychiatrist or mental health therapist for assistance and ideas with challenges and concerns, medical and situational.

  • Call 211 to Connect with Human Services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Phoenixville Area Community Services- emergency assistance through food distribution and referral to help get clients back on their feet.  101 Buchanan Street, Phoenixville; 610-933-1105

    • St. Peter’s Community Lunch – served at 12 noon, Monday – Friday, 121 Church Street, Phoenixville; 610-933-2195

  • Peer Support and Teen Talk Lines – share the burden and lighten the load by helping you process the day. Call 855-715-8255 or Text 267-225-7785, 7 days a week from 1-9 pm.

  • If you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental or emotional health crisis anywhere in the U.S., call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 or The National Crisis Text Line is 741-741.

  • If you are in Montgomery County call 1-855-634-4673 24/7 for Montco Mobile Crisis.

  • Call 911 for Emergency Services– public safety operators will assess and send police, firefighters and/or medical emergency services where needed.
